Gibadi allows return of products within 3 days from delivery in all the following cases:

  • Product is used or altered
  • Physical damage to the box or to the product
  • If sealed package of branded products is open
  • The packet was empty / some item or accessory was missing
  • The product was defective,
  • Significantly different from the description given by the merchant (wrong size, colour, quality or material related issues)

 

Gibadi will also allow returns for up to 7 days from delivery in the following cases:

  • The product was defective prior to delivery,
  • Significantly different from the description given by the merchant (wrong size, colour, quality or material related issues)
  • For products ranges including from power tools, electrical appliances that needs to be tested before its working condition can be ascertained

 

 

After the period of 7 days, the following conditions must be satisfied:

  • Product must be in its original condition
  • Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products will be accepted
  • Brand packaging should be intact
  • Replacements will be made if product is available on website
To return a product, you can raise a return request at our helpline number or email at support@gibadi.com by providing the following details:
  • Order ID
  • Images clearly demonstrating the damage / missing product or parts in the packet
Upon receiving your request, Customer Support will confirm the return request and will inform you about the pickup process. Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.

 

Payment and Pricing

We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to our users; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that an item is mis-priced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

 

We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit/debit card charged. In the event that we are unable to provide the services, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the products.
